BTS ‘Arirang’ World Tour Tops Global Ticket Revenue Rankings
BTS has taken the top spot in worldwide cumulative tour revenue through the third quarter, drawing more than 2.31 million spectators across 38 performances.
BTS has ranked first in worldwide cumulative concert tour revenue through the third quarter, underscoring the group’s commercial reach as its ‘Arirang’ world tour moves toward a new South American leg.
BigHit Music said Thursday that the tour had generated about 637 billion won in ticket sales from 38 performances. The shows attracted 2,314,140 spectators, putting the Korean septet at the top of the global touring market for the measured period.
The ranking was based on figures released Tuesday by Pollstar, a publication that tracks the live entertainment industry. Its cumulative comparison covered tours between Nov. 13 last year and Aug. 12 this year. BTS began the ‘Arirang’ tour in April, meaning the group reached the top despite entering the reporting window several months after it opened.
The total has already surpassed the leading result for all of last year. Pollstar identified Beyoncé’s ‘Cowboy Carter Tour’ as 2025’s highest-grossing tour, with revenue of about 557.4 billion won. The comparison highlights the scale and pace of ticket demand for BTS during the first months of its current tour.
Las Vegas produced the strongest ticket sales among the cities visited so far. BTS staged four concerts at Allegiant Stadium in May, drawing 245,691 people and recording approximately 91.1 billion won in ticket revenue. That works out to more than 61,000 spectators per show, reflecting the stadium-level demand surrounding the group’s return to large-scale touring.
The result also reinforces the international position of Korean popular music within the global live performance business. Rather than relying on a single concert or market, the ranking reflects accumulated attendance and sales across dozens of dates. The Las Vegas figures show that the tour’s strongest returns have come from a major overseas entertainment hub.
The tour is now preparing to extend its geographic reach. BTS is scheduled to begin its South American run in Bogotá, Colombia, on Oct. 2. Those dates fall outside the period covered by the latest cumulative ranking, leaving additional ticket sales and attendance to be reflected in later industry reports.
With more dates ahead, the tour’s early performance gives BTS a commanding benchmark for the remainder of the year. The third-quarter standing captures both the size of the group’s worldwide audience and the continuing strength of stadium concerts as a central part of the K-pop economy.
