MOHW Announces Interview Plan for Legal Specialist Recruitment

The Republic of Korea’s Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW), the primary government body responsible for public health, welfare, and social affairs, has announced the interview schedule for its recruitment of legal specialists. These positions are for qualified lawyers to serve as legal advisors within the ministry.

Interviews are set to take place on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM KST. A total of ten shortlisted candidates have been invited to participate in this phase. While the original Korean notice lists candidates by an internal code and partial name, individual notifications are being sent to those selected for this interview stage.

The interviews will be held at the Bizhub Seoul Center, located on the 2nd-floor lobby at 581 Namdaemun-ro 5-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul. Candidates are advised that the center can be accessed directly from Seoul Station, Exit 10, via the connected City Tower walkway, without needing to exit to the street.

Candidates must adhere to specific instructions for the interview day to ensure a smooth process:

  • Required documents must be submitted via email to the designated MOHW contact person before the interview date. Specific email details will be provided through individual text notifications.
  • Attendees must arrive at the interview waiting area at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  • A valid form of identification is mandatory. Acceptable IDs include a Korean Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, or Passport.
  • Upon identity verification at the waiting area, candidates will receive an application ticket. Failure to attend the designated interview time will result in immediate disqualification.

The final list of successful candidates is expected to be announced in mid-June 2026. Results will be posted on the official Ministry of Health and Welfare website (www.mohw.go.kr) and also communicated individually to the successful applicants.
